Conference Gala Dinner

The Conference Gala dinner will take place on Thursday 19 April 2012 at the ICC Durban. The cost per person is R 800.00 and this includes dinner, entertainment, a limited bar and transport. As seats are limited, we advise that you book early to avoid disappointment. Bookings can be made on the online registration form.

Registration fee inclusions:

Included in Delegate/SAINT Member/Level1 & 2/Senior Delegate/Student fees:

Admission to Welcome Reception, Beach Party hosted by the City of Durban, teas and lunches, scientific programme, proceedings CD, conference bag, exhibition and sponsorship listing. VAT at 14%.

Included in Accompanying Person Registration fee:

Admission to Welcome Reception, Beach Party hosted by the City Of Durban, conference bag, half Day Durban City Tour, VAT at 14%.

Included in Day Delegate Registration fee:

Registration pack, programme booklet, proceedings CD, attendance to sessions of the day(s) specified, teas and lunches on the day(s) specified, VAT at 14%.

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP- ADVANCED DIGITAL IMAGING

A Pre-Conference Workshop on Advanced Digital Imaging is due to take place at the Durban ICC on the 14th and 15th of April 2012.
The cost per person is ZAR 3000.00 and includes the following:

• 2 days attendance
• Catering and luncheons
• VAT AT 14%
• Presentations by International World Leaders in this Field
• Transportation between the official conference hotels and the Durban ICC.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registration & Social Functions

• ancellations made on or before 16th February 2012 will be entitled to an 80% refund.
• Cancellations made after this date will NOT be refunded.
• Alternatively, the registration may be transferred to a new delegate at a 10% substitution fee.
• The Early Bird, Standard and Late Registration Rates will only be applicable to delegates who book and pay prior to the registration cut off dates. Should you register prior to the cut off but omit to pay, you will automatically be charged the higher registration fee.
• No registration or attendance to the social functions will be confirmed without full pre payment and no access to the Conference or Exhibition will be allowed.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat, The Conference Company, in order to receive any possible reimbursement.
• Please note that NO Social Functions are included in the Day Delegate Registration Fee. Additional tickets may be purchased if required.

LIABILITY

The Conference Secretariat has taken all reasonable care in making the arrangements for the Conference. In the event of unforeseen disruptions, neither the Conference Secretariat nor WCNDT 2012 can be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The Programme is correct at the time of printing, but WCNDT 2012 reserves the right to alter the programme if and when deemed necessary. The Conference Secretariat acts as an a agent only in securing hotel, transport and travel services, and shall in no event be liable for acts or omissions in the event of injury, damage, loss, accident delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organised through contractors or by the employees of such contractors. Hotel and transportation services are subject to the Terms and Conditions under which they are offered to the general public. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance. The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to make changes as and when deemed necessary, without prior notice to the parties concerned. All disputes are subject to resolution under South African Law.

All accommodation, conference and other arrangements are subject to alteration and cancellation at any time without prior notice, due to factors that are outside of the organizers reasonable control. This will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the organizers. Should such events, such as Force Majeure, render the organizers unable to deliver such service, the organizers shall not be held responsible. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any damages, and or costs, whatsoever arising from any such alteration or cancellation.

Return / Refund Policy:

Any Refunds will only be processed after the Conference.

Transaction Currency:

Transactions are conducted in ZAR and amount could fluctuate due to changes in the exchange rate.
