The following Hotels have been reserved with special rates for your convenience. Please note that these rates are only available by making your booking through The Conference Company. An administrative booking fee of R 200.00 will be applicable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All accommodation rates quoted are per person/room per night, including bed and breakfast.  These rates include VAT at 14% and 1% tourism levy.

• All accommodation is booked on a first come, first serve basis, subject to availability.
• Please note that the Road Lodge hotel does not have 2 separate beds per room. They only have one double bed per room should you wish to share.
• Delegates not staying at the official conference hotels will need to provide their own transport to the conference venue.
• The Conference is being held during a peak period and as such accommodation is limited.  It is strongly recommended that accommodation is booked and paid for as soon as possible to confirm your reservation.
• Accommodation booked must be pre-paid in full by 7 January 2012.  All bookings thereafter are to be paid for on receipt of invoices.
• No accommodation bookings will be confirmed or guaranteed without full pre-payment.
• Check in at 14h00 and check out at 10h00.
• Bank charges will be for the delegates cost.
• Please note that an accommodation booking fee of R200.00 (including VAT) will be charged.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Hilton Hotel:

• Cancellation made after 10 February 2012 10% charge on entire stay.
• Cancellation made after 09 March 2012 100% charge on entire stay.

Southern Sun Hotels:

• Cancellation made after 10 February 2012 50% charge on entire stay.
• Cancellation made after 09 March 2012 100% charge on entire stay.

Other Hotels:

• Cancellation made after 10 February 2012 10% charge on first night Accommodation.
• Cancellation made after 09 March 2012 100% charge on first night Accommodation.
• Cancellation made after 30 March 2012 100% charge on the entire stay.

Any refunds due will only be processed after the Conference and on receipt of a written request to the Conference Secretariat.
